Felix Antonio Alberto-Batista, 68 of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Alameda Care Center in Perth Amboy, Born in Bonao, Dominican Republic, he has resided in Perth Amboy for the last 23 years.
He was a master Chef at various restaurants throughout his career in the Dominican Republic, most recently of the Ole Restaurant.
He is predeceased by his father, Luis Maria Alberto.
He leaves behind his beloved companion, Esther Peak, his six children, Hildarys and Wilson Alberto of Perth Amboy, Adonny Alberto of Keasbey, Felix Alberto Jr. of Laurence Harbor, Willy Alberto of Port Reading and Rafael Alberto of Florida, his beloved grandchildren, his beloved mother, Maria Aurora-Batista de Alberto, his sister, Maria Perez and his brother, Isidro Hernandez.

A Private cremation will be followed by a memorial service to be planned at a later date.
