Evelyn Aleman, 72, of Brooklyn, NY since 1967, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020.

Born in Puerto Rico to Jose and Maria Perez, she moved to New York as a child and grew up in New York City. Afterwards, Evelyn raised her family in Brooklyn. She loved lighthouses and was an avid collector of miniature lighthouses. Evelyn also loved to be behind the camera and take pictures of her family and friends. A lover of animals, she was devoted to her cats and is remembered as being caring and giving. Evelyn also loved watching her favorite TV shows.

Beloved wife of Felipe Aleman for 53 years. Loving mother of Philip Aleman, III and Erin Messick and husband Garrett. Cherished grandmother of Philip Aleman, IV, Liam Aleman, Matthew Aleman, Braedyn Messick and step-granddaughter Jillian Messick and late step-grandson, Garrett Michael Messick.
