Elsie Theodorou, 91, of Edison, entered into eternal rest Friday November 17, 2023 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and has resided in Edison for the past 65 years.

Elsie was and Administrative Assistant in the Municipal Clerk's Office for 20 years before retiring in 2006.

She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Piscataway.

Elsie was predeceased by her husband Paul in 2020.  She is survived by her children Constance " Connie"  Snyder and her husband Charles, Catherine O'Donnell and her husband James, and Leon Theodorou; her sister Mary Pantazis; her grandchildren Jaclyn Healy and her husband Mike, Sarah and Rebecca Snyder, Morgan, P J, Madigan, and Regan O'Donnell; and great grandchildren Andrew, Sophia, and Austin Healy.

Funeral services will be held on Monday November 20, 2023 at 11:00 am at St George Greek Orthodox Church 1101 River Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854, with visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church.  Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, Metuchen.
