Elsie L. Kramer, age 85 of Edison, died on Monday at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was born in Fords and had resided in Edison for the past 48 years.

She was an Expediter with Bambergers in Menlo Park Mall for 25 years retiring in 1979. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Edison and the quilters at the church, a member of the Oak Tree Senior Citizens and a former member of the Metuchen Golf and Country Club. Elsie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Ferdinand C. Kramer who died in 1999.

Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and August G. Hildenbrandt of Edison, NJ and Linda and Michael Barlock of Germantown MD, her three grandchildren, Karl Hildenbrandt and his wife, Lori of Bangor, ME, Bryan and Emma Barlock of Germantown, MD and her five great grandchildren, Kyle, Brendan, Zachary, Connor, and Evan.
