Elizabeth Smoyak's Obituary
Elizabeth Smoyak, 96, passed away on May 3, 2018, at the Summer Hill Nursing Home, Old Bridge. She was born in Fords and resided most of her life in Edison. Elizabeth was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords.
She was predeceased by her husband, Alexander, in 2011 and by 5 brothers and sisters.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Barbara Twardy and her husband, Robert, and Judy DiLeo and her husband, Ronald; by her granddaughters, Kim Conner and Sheri Rapp; her great-grandson, Maxwell Conner; all her furry kids; her sister, Julia Rothermal; and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Tuesday, May 8, 2018, from 6-8 PM at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 AM, with a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Interment will follow at Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery, Hopelawn.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ST. JUDE'S CHILDREN RESEARCH HOSPITAL, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
