Elizabeth Silasi, 96, of Edison, passed away at home on November 15, 2021. She was born on September 13, 1925, in South River. Elizabeth was a devoted Homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Julius Silasi, who was a WWII Veteran of the US Army; a daughter, Evelyn Christensen; and a granddaughter, Sharon Christensen.

Elisabeth is survived by two daughters, Barbara Gronbach, of Fords, and Deborah Estok, of Edison; four grandchildren: Warren Christensen, Dawn Ruskai, Jennifer, and Joseph Estok III; seven great-grandchildren: Chase, Warren, Zena, Madison, Phillip, Daniel, and Anthony; and her loving caregiver Dali.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 18, 2021, 4-8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral Services will be Friday 10:30 am in the funeral home. Entombment will be in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers donations in Elizabeth's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
