Elizabeth E. Parma (nee Marcinko), 74, of Perth Amboy died August 14, 2011, at Raritan Bay Medical Center.
Born August 31, 1937, in Perth Amboy, Elizabeth was a life-long resident of Perth Amboy. She was a Secretary at the senior citizen building on Olive Street in Perth Amboy. Elizabeth was graduate of Perth Amboy High School, Class of '55 and was a communicant of Holy Rosary Church in Perth Amboy.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joseph Parma; two daughters: Doreen Palkovics of Colonia and Tina Smith and her husband Arthur of Cartersville, GA; two sisters: Phyllis DeCasas of Perth Amboy and Ginny Beichner of York, PA; a brother, John Marcinko, Jr. of Perth Amboy; four grandchildren: Renee, Daina, Stephanie, and Nicholas; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be on Thursday, August 18, 2011, at 9:30 am from FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Liturgy at Holy Rosary Church followed by entombment in St. James Mausoleum, Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at the funeral home.
