Elizabeth (nee: Hertneky) Sabo, 97 years of age and 61 years of Hopelawn, passed on Thursday, May 28, 2015.
She was born in Oxford, NJ and was formerly of Hopelawn and Keasbey.
She was a long time member and deaconess at The Church of Jesus Christ in Hopelawn.
Elizabeth is predeceased by her beloved husband, Andrew Sabo who passed in 1978.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Janet Buffa and her son in law, William, of Ft. Worth, TX, her two dear grandchildren, Lynnette Schroeder of Ft. Worth, TX and Peter A. Buffa of Dallas, TX, her dearest great granddaughter, Katelyn Schroeder and her two sisters, Margaret Hertneky of Perth Amboy and Florence Wantuch of Fords.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Flynn and son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave. Perth Amboy. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday morning, June 2, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery in Hopelawn.
