Elizabeth "Betty" Daw Roskey, a resident of St. Martha's Center for Healthcare in Downingtown, PA, passed peacefully on March 24, 2024, at the age of 98 years.

Betty was born in Bear Creek, PA on December 20, 1925.

She resided there until after her marriage to Henry in November of 1944.

She moved to New Jersey and had resided in the Fords Section of Woodbridge Twp. for 64 years..

Mrs. Roskey had been employed with Hyatt Bearing, a division of General Motors, during her career.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Henry Roskey and her beloved daughter Patricia Mack.

She leaves behind her two beloved sons, George (& Betty) Roskey of Downingtown, PA, and William (& Cindy) of Brick, NJ, her dear grandchildren, Rebecca Brunner (& Greg), Melissa Lindsay (& Jim), Paul Roskey (& Tiffany) and Kristen Rosenthal (& Owen), and her great-grandchildren, Hailey and Quinten Brunner, Zach and Zoey Lindsay, Amber, Elizabeth and Ezekiel Roskey and Charlie Rosenthal, and her three sisters, Marion Feliks, Barbara Castnar and Deloras Choate.

Betty was an amazing gardener, well into her 90's, as well as loyal NY Mets baseball fan, an avid casino visitor and a fabulous cook and dancer.

She will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Thursday Morning, April 4, 2024, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863. A funeral services will follow at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Entombment will be in the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
