Eleanor B. Orlando, 101, of Bridgewater, passed away peacefully at home on June 23, 2019. She was born in Waterbury, CT, on October 24, 1917. Eleanor was a homemaker. She graduated from the New Jersey College for Women, now Douglas College, and Fordham Law School.  She enjoyed playing Bridge and was active in the Arbor Glen community in which she lived.

She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Stephen Orlando, Sr., in 2004; her brother, Joseph Franchini; and her daughter-in-law, Cathy Orlando.

Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Barbara Chicurel, and her husband, Joe, of Naples, FL.; son, Stephen Orlando, Jr. of Bridgewater; three grandchildren: Thomas, Michael and Lauren; and two great-grandchildren, Nora and Piper.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 27, 2019, from 10:00 to 10:30 am at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen, NJ 08840. Funeral Services will be Thursday in the funeral home at 10:30. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Linden.
