Eleanor R. Fazekas 87, of Edison, entered into rest, November 16, 2016 at her home.  She was born in Fords and has resided in Edison for the past 60 years.

Eleanor was a Telemarketer with Brooks Brothers in Edison for 15 years before retiring in 1996, then in 2000 went to work at Schlesingers in Iselin as a telemarketer for 11 years.

She was a communicant at Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Fords, and a member of the Clara Barton Senior Citizens, the Senior Social Club, and Line Dancers.

Eleanor was predeceased by her husband; Peter P. Fazekas in 1999.  She is survived by her children; Nadine Fotta and her husband Raymond of Califon, Noreen Buckhout and her husband Donald of Chesterfield, VA, and Peter S. Fazekas and his wife Nancy of Durango, CO.  She is also survived by her grandchildren; Adam and his wife Debbie Fotta, Aubrey and her husband Michael Mueller, Ryan and his wife Elissa Fotta, Christopher Buckhout, and Pearce Fazekas, and great grandchildren; Maxwell, Jack, and Arden.

Everyone is asked to go directly to Our Lady of Peace Church for a 10 am Funeral Mass on Saturday November 26, 2016.  Interment will be private.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords. In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to Our Lady of Peace Church.
