Edward D. Yagla, 62, of Woodbridge, passed away on November 28, 2015, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He was born, September 7, 1953, in Miami, Fl. He had resided in Bradley Beach before moving to Woodbridge 29 years ago. Edward was a Dispatch Manager for Leesville Auto in Rahway for 34 years. He was a Veteran of the US Army. Edward was a fan of the Miami Dolphins and the NY Mets. He enjoyed: hunting, fishing, boating, golfing and motorcycles.
Edward was predeceased by his parents Robert J. Yagla and Martha McGuire Yagla and his brother, Curtis J. Yagla.
He is survived by his wife, of 27 years, Jacqueline (nee Reese) Yagla, of Woodbridge; niece and goddaughter, Morgan Reese; "like a daughter" niece, Jennifer Reese; daughter, Kristin Yagla, and son, Scott Yagla both of Seagirt; grandson, Braedon; and several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Disabled American Veterans.
