Obituary of Edward G. Wos Jr.
Edward G. Wos, Jr., 49, of Eatontown, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016. Edward was born in Perth Amboy to the late Edward George Wos Sr. and Helen Shimko Wos and had lived Eatontown for the last ten years.
He was a US Army Veteran serving from 12/1/1987 to 4/15/1988.
Edward was a carpenter by trade and was employed by the Carpenters Union of New York, NY.
He is survived by his wife Leigh Ann, his two brothers: Brian Donnelly and wife Kathleen of Perth Amboy, and Gregory Wos of South Amboy, his sister: Winona DeLeon and husband John of Sayreville, his niece, Alyssa Olsen; nephew, Nicholas Curto, three step sons, Colin, Ryan and Timothy and also four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Monday 7:30 pm at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects Monday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
