Edilio Duran, 89, entered eternal rest on November 20, 2022.  He was born to the late Juan and America (n. Alcala) Duran in Havana, Cuba.  Edilio worked in sales in the Food Industry for 33 years before he retired.  He was also the owner and operator of Duran Ferreteria (hardware store).

He is survived by his daughters, Daisy Duran Llama of Miami Beach, Florida and Jacqueline Lok, of Metuchen, New Jersey; his grandchildren: Michelle, Dennis, Bryan and Aimee; and his six great-grandchildren: Leonardo, Lauren, Jionni, Andrea, Bianca and Stavros.

A memorial mass will be held on December 9, 2022, at St. Joseph and Michael Roman Catholic Church, 1314 Central Ave., Union City, NJ 07087 at 1:00 PM followed by a burial of cremated remains at Flower Hill Cemetery, 5433 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, NJ 07047.
