Dorothy M. Severini (nee: Lockhart), 85, formerly of Edison, passed away on March 9, 2016 at Ashbrook Care and Rehab Center, Scotch Plains.
She was born in Elizabeth and moved to Edison in 1959.
Dorothy was a Machine Operator for Phelps Dodge Copper Corp. in Elizabeth, retiring in 1988.
Dorothy was a communicant at Guardian Angels Church, Edison. Her hobbies were ceramics and collecting Lenox.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles, in 2013, her parents, Clarence and Marie Lockhart, and her brothers, Edward and Larry. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Monday, March 14, 2016, from 8:30 AM-10:30 AM, at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. A Funeral Liturgy will be said at 11 AM at Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, Guardian Angels Church, Edison. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.
