Dorothy (Csokonay) O'Hara, 86, of Monroe passed peacefully Saturday morning at the Cranbury Care Center in Monroe.
She was born in Perth Amboy and had resided most of her life in the Metuchen - Edison Area until moving to Monroe.
She was predeceased by her husband Julius "Bill" Csokonay who died in 1987.
She was employed with the admissions department of JFK Medical Center in Edison for over 35 years.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Ellen K. Woolley and her husband Ed, of Lowell, ME, Amy J. Gentile and her husband Richard of Monroe Twp, her son, William "Bill" Csokonay and his wife Meagan of Angier, NC, her 4 grandchildren, Will, Rachel, Emma and Tess, her brother Richard "Dick" Mansfield and his wife Ervy of South Amboy.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. from the Flynn and son/ Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, NJ 08840.
An Interment service will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery Colonia.
Visiting hours will be on Tuesday morning only, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
