Dorothy Marion Heisler 88, of Edison, entered into eternal rest December 9, 2017, at Hartwyck at Edison Estates in Edison.  She was born in New Brunswick and was a long time resident of Edison.

Dorothy was a secretary at Livingston College in Piscataway for 20 years before retiring in 1986.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen and sang in the church choir and also with Sweet Adelines, and was a volunteer at JFK Medical Center.

Dorothy was predeceased by her parents George and Myrtle Heisler and her brother George Heisler. She is survived by her siblings William (Marion) Heisler of South Plainfield, John (Margaret) Heisler of Edison, Jermiah (Elizabeth) Heisler of Gilette, Marion Kaliontgis of Sayreville, Helen Dana of Edison, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, with a Funeral Service at 2pm.  In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the First Presbyterian Church 270 Woodbridge Avenue, Metuchen.
