Doris Kleiner, 89, of Old Bridge, entered into eternal rest on January 12, 2016, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. She was born in Perth Amboy and has resided in Old Bridge since 1988.

Doris was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School, Class of 1944. She had worked as a Clerk in the records Dept. at Caldor's Department Store, as a Clerk at Grossinger's Hotel in the Catskills, as a Stenographer at Stone and Webster Engineering, and lastly as a Clerk/Typist at the Jewelry Box in North Brunswick before retiring.

Doris was predeceased by her husband, David, in 1995 and her brothers, David and Carl Cherensky. She is survived by her children, Ilana Fanelli and Henry Kleiner; granddaughter, Stacie; and her brother, Leonard Cherensky.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, January 17, at 2:00 pm at Beth Israel Memorial Park in Woodbridge. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery office. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
