Obituary of Doris C. Balas
Doris C. Balas, 81, of Edison, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021. Mrs. Balas was born in Perth Amboy to the late Edward and Mary Julian and had lived most of her life in Edison.
Doris was a devoted wife and mother.
Mrs. Balas was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Metuchen.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Paul in 2019, and also by her brother Robert and her sister Diane.
Surviving are her two sons: Scott A. Balas of Edison and his two children Tyler and Kendall Balas, and Rick E. Balas and wife Tracey also of Edison, and their three children; Rick, Dillon and Anthony Balas.
Funeral services were entrusted to the care of the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 1 pm at the Sr. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Metuchen.
