Donald "Bear" Snook, 55, of Fords, passed away January 26, 2014, at home. Born May 18, 1958, he resided on Staten Island before relocating to Fords seven years ago. He was a truck driver for Feldman Lumber in Brooklyn for the past year-and-a-half. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He enjoyed riding his Harley and spending time with is family and friends.
Donald was predeceased by his brother, Gill. He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Teresa Castellano; his two brothers, Thomas Snook of Monroe Township and Robert Snook of NC; and his two sisters, Regina DeMatteo of NV and Veronica Lomastro of NJ as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 8:30 am the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Fords Avenue, Fords, NJ, followed by a 9:00 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 28 from 7-9 pm and Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Cremation will be private.
