Dolores Pinelli, 97, of Fords, passed peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

She was born in West New York, NJ on January 1, 1927. Dolores grew up in Warren before moving to the Fords section of Woodbridge Township 74 years ago.

She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace RC Church in Fords.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Antonio Pinelli, her parents, Louis and Maria Ghidella, her sister, Rina Abbruzzese, her brother, Maurice De Martin, her granddaughter, Jacqueline Montanaro and great-granddaughter, Madelyn Montanaro.

Dolores is survived by her two beloved sons, Robert A. Pinelli and his wife Margaret, Bruce L. Pinelli and his wife Kremena, and her beloved daughter Debra Autera and her husband Joseph. Also surviving are her grandchildren Donovan Pinelli, his wife Sydne, Amanda Pinelli, Marisa Kinsey and her husband Timothy, Anthony Autera and Sofia Pinelli, Jaqueline's husband William, and great-grandchildren Dezmond, Valentina, Elena, Brixton. Dolores is also survived by her niece, Barbara Jean Winton, who she loved and raised as her own daughter and other family members and beloved dogs.

Visitation will take place on Friday, January 19, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.

Funeral services will begin on Saturday morning January 20, 2024, at 9:00 am from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Peace RC Parish, 620 Amboy Avenue, Fords.

Interment will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery of the Good Shepherd Parish in Fords.
