Diane H. Czaczkowski–Barany (nee: Burzynski), of Fords passed away on October 10, 2012, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. She was born in Palestine, resided in Perth Amboy and spent the past 15 years in Fords. For 35 years, Diane was Manager of Distribution of Supplies for Raritan Bay Medical Center. She was a communicant at Our Lady of Peace RC Church in Fords.

Diane is predeceased by her mother, Stella Burzynski. She is survived by her husband, Richard; her son, John Jr. and his wife Laura of Jackson; her daughter, Krystine Whitmore and her husband Jamie of Denville; her grandchildren: Charli, Jordan, Zachary, Noah, and Hannah; and a brother, Eric Burzynski.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at 8:30 AM at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, with a 9:00AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 12, 2012, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Peace RC Church Memorial Fund.
