Dennis Spanos, 76, of Fords, died December 27, 2012, at the Reformed Church Care Center in Old Bridge. Born May 25, 1936, in Cephalonia, Greece, he has resided in Fords since 1979. He was the owner of George's Lunch in Elizabeth.

Dennis was predeceased by his wife, Theonie Spanos, in 1994.
He is survived by his three sisters: Frieda Kusulas of Perth Amboy, Eleni Pollatus of Teaneck, and Angie Krousos of Fords; and nine nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5:00-8:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Services will begin Monday at 9:00 am followed by a 9:30 am Service of Divine Liturgy at St. Demetrios Chuch in Perth Amboy. Interment will be in Clover Leaf Cemetery.
