Denise Marie Bandola, 48, of Edison, passed peacefully in her sleep very unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at her home.
She was born in Perth Amboy and a long-time resident of Edison.
Denise was a graduate of J.P. Stevens High School in Edison , a former bartender at Richie's Sports Bar in Edison, and a communicant of St. Matthew The Apostle RC Church in Edison.
She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Catherine Ambrose.
Denise leaves behind, her beloved daughter, Amber Lynn Bills, at home, her father and stepmother; Dennis and Elaine Martin–Bandola of Metuchen, her brother, William Bandola of Metuchen and her sister, Deborah Martorella and brother in law, Steven Martorella, of Mineola, NY, her companion, Ronald Bills, with whom she resided, her stepfather, Robert Ambrose, of The Villages, FL, and a niece, Brooke Bandola and a nephew, Michael Bandola.
Visitation will be on Saturday August 19, 2017, from 2 pm to 4 pm, with a funeral service at 3:30 pm, at the Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, NJ 08840. Cremation will follow privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Amber's education fund in Denise's memory.
