Debra Meyer, 61, of Edison, passed away at the Meadow Lakes Nursing Home in Hightstown on April 8, 2018. She was born in New Brunswick on September 3, 1956. Debra was a Luncheon Aid for Meals on Wheels in Middlesex County and was employed by Bed Bath and Beyond. She graduated Edison High School, Class of 1974. Debra had a funloving spirit, loved her family and her granddaughter. She always had an optimistic view of life.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Meyer Sr., in 2007.

Debra is survived by a son, Edward Meyer Jr. and his wife, Veronica, of East Windsor;  granddaughter, Madalyn Meyer; sister, Judith Costello, and her husband, Michael, of Lake Wales, FL; nephew, David Cox, and niece, Stacy Costello.

Visitation will be at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen, NJ 08840, Wednesday 4-8 pm. A blessing will be offered at 8 pm. Cremation is private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
