Daniel B. Chinchar's Obituary
Daniel B. Chinchar, 66, of Whiting passed away on April 16, 2012, at Community Medical Center, Toms River.
He was born in Perth Amboy, resided most of his life in Edison/Woodbridge area and spent the last 2 years in Whiting. Daniel was a route driver for Comet Messenger Service for 25 years, retiring in 2006.
He was predeceased by his parents, George and Glady (Jensen) and a sister, Cheryl Shilling. Surviving, is his wife of 26 years, Martha Jean (Dolly) Yannacci; sons: Wayne and his wife, Nicole, of Metuchen; Keith and his wife, Stephanie, of Easton, PA; Craig and his wife, Melissa, of Metuchen; daughters: Angela Dineen of Howell; April Marie Wallis of Mt. Laurel; and Valerie Jones and her husband, Brian, of Laurence Harbor. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren; a brother, George J. Chinchar; a sister, Ruthann Nehila and her husband Gerald; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012, at 9:30 AM from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ, with a 10:00 AM service at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Fords. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
Viewing will be on Thursday, April 19, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Most Holy Trinity Lay Carmelite Community, 19 Hummingbird Lane, Whiting, NJ 08759.
