Obituary of Craig K. Stary


Craig K. Stary, 73, of Ewing, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the University Medical Center of Princeton in Plainsboro. Mr. Stary was born in Perth Amboy to the late Chester A. and Maryann Stary and had previously lived in Piscataway and Cranbury before moving to Ewing Fourteen years ago. He was a long time employee for AT&T Basking Ridge, and a 29 year heart transplant recipient.
He is survived by his two daughters, Stephanie S. Bacskai and her husband David of Ewing, and Noelle Stary and her significant other Brian Keegan of Cranbury, one brother, Richard Stary and his wife Barbara of Edison, NJ, a granddaughter, Claire Bacskai and two nephews, Corey and Jeff Stary. Craig loved his grand dog Sammie Adams, as well as, a daily Dunkin Donut coffee with an old fashion.
A full catholic memorial mass will be held Saturday 12/17/22 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the St. Paul R.C. Church, 216 Nassau St., Princeton, NJ 08542. Visitation hours will be held Saturday 12/17/22 from 12 noon to 1:00 pm at Church.
