Clifton Harley Pierce, Sr. 57, of Colonia, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 26, 2018 at his home.
Born in Camden and formerly of Carteret, he had resided in Colonia for the last 10 years.
He so proudly served his country in the US Navy and was recipient of the Navy Expeditionary Medal and Service Deployment Ribbons, and until his passing was passionate about improving the current state of veteran's affairs.
He was a self-employed roofer for many years and also did car repo towing.
His life's passion was riding his motorcycles and rock and roll music. He was a fierce protector of his loved ones and was a true Warrior.
He leaves behind his loving son, Clifton Harley Pierce Jr., his soulmate, Eileen of Colonia, his loving daughter Jennifer, in Scotland, three beloved grandchildren, his siblings Paul and his wife Robin, Levi, Violet, Lillian, and Anna, also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Private cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
His cremated remains will be buried in the Brig. Gen Wm C. Doyle NJ Veterans Cemetery in Arneytown, NJ at a date and time to be announced by his family.
