Chance Gabriel Berry, 23, of Edison passed away suddenly on July 7, 2024, at home.  He was born in Tampa, FL and lived in Jersey City from 2000-2011 and then Edison from 2011-2018, moving to Florida and then Old Bridge in 2018 – 2019 and then Edison.  He enjoyed playing Hockey and played defense.

Chance was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Joan and James Berry; his great grandmother, "GiGi" Margaret Peterson; and his beloved dog, Ci Ci.

Chance is survived by his mother, Dorothy D. Guskind; his aunts, Joanne Piotrowski and her husband, Edward, and Bernadette Turner and her husband, Charlie; and his cousin, James Cruz and wife Brianna.

Memorial visitation will be held on August 3, 2024, from 2PM to 4 PM at Flynn and Son / Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ.  A catholic memorial prayer service will be held at 3:30 PM.
