Catherine J. Ondar 91 of Fords entered into eternal rest, Tuesday September 8, 2015 at her home. She was born in Summit Hill, PA, and has resided in Fords for the past 65 years.

Catherine was a member of the Fords and Keasbey Senior Citizens and the Woodbridge Community Center.

She was predeceased by her husband John in 1978, her daughter Kathleen Updike in 1976 and her siblings Helen Denarski and Larry Filip. Catherine is survived by her daughter Janice Barnikow and her husband Larry of the Highlands, her granddaughters Rochelle McNulty and Lauren Barnikow and great grandson Jake. She is also survived by her sisters Anna Ryniec, Emily and Margaret Filip, and Vicki Bacskay.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday September 9, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 9:30 am. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Woodbridge Food Bank.
