Caroline B. Sears, 100, of Palm City, FL passed away peacefully at Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart, FL.  Caroline was born in Morriston, Wales on January 11, 1923, to George and Margaret Jones.  She had lived in Perth Amboy for many years before moving to Florida in 2014.  Caroline was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Perth Amboy.  She volunteered for 29 years with the local Red Cross and was an active member of the Kearny Cottage Association of Perth Amboy.

Caroline was predeceased by her husband, Arthur W. Sears (1998), her brothers, John, George Albert, David Myrdd and Leonard Jones.

Caroline is survived by her brother, Royston Jones and sister-in-law Betty and her nephews, John W. Pemberton and his wife Donna and David Pemberton and his wife Sherry, and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy.  Local arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ.
