Carol H. Mills, 78, of Edison, passed peacefully, with her family at her side, at RWJ University Hospital In New Brunswick, NJ on Monday, November 22, 2021,

Born in Newark on December 25, 1942, she was formerly of East Orange and the Fords section of Woodbridge Twp., before settling in Edison 52 years ago.

She was a graduate of Clifford Scott High School in East Orange with the "Class of 1960" and then attended Berkeley Business & Secretarial School.

She had been the Administrator of the Wesley United Methodist Church Pre-School in Edison for many years before retiring.

She was a very devoted and active member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Edison and volunteered at the church "Thrift Shop" for many years also.

She was predeceased by beloved husband, Richard Mills, who died in 2003, and her brother James Roe.

She leaves behind, her two beloved sons, Mark Mills and his wife Karen of Matawan and Kevin Mills and his wife Bernadette, of West Orange, her 5 dear grandchildren; Elizabeth, Connor, Patrick, Taylor and Emily and her brother Frederick Roe of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Judith Roe and nephews David Roe and Christopher Wolberg.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 3, 2021, from 4 pm to 8 pm, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ, 08863.

Funeral services will begin on Saturday December 4, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Service at the Wesley United Methodist Church , 5053 Woodbridge Ave., Edison NJ 08837, interment will follow in the

Glenwood Cemetery, West Long Branch, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to: the Wesley United Methodist Church, 5053 Woodbridge Ave. Edison NJ 08837.
