Carol Heiselberg Budniak 77 of Old Bridge entered into eternal rest, January 31, 2017 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.

She was a registered Nurse at Roosevelt Hospital in Edison for many years before retiring.

Carol was predeceased by her husband John Budniak in 2000, and her daughter Cathy Radcliffe in 2007.  She is survived by her daughter Wendy Smalls, and her grandchildren Michelle Weckesser and Michael Weckesser.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at 1:30 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords.  Interment will be in the Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery. Friends my gather from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.
