Carmen N. Rodriguez, 71, of Perth Amboy, passed away on September 10, 2022, at the Venetian Care Center in South Amboy. She was born in Havana, Cuba on September 14, 1950. Carmen was a Psychiatric Social Worker for the Division of Youth and Family Services in Trenton and Perth Amboy. She was a graduate of Kean University. She loved photography, poetry and dogs.

Carmen was predeceased by her parents, J. Mario Rodriguez and Carmen I. Rodriguez.

She is survived by her uncle, Rafael Mendez, of South Amboy, and many cousins.

Visitation will be at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, 6-9 pm. Funeral services will begin Wednesday 10:30 am at the funeral home, followed by an 11 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Peth Amboy. Entombment will be in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.
