Bronislaw "Bruno" Janus, 72, of Perth Amboy, passed away on October 8, 2021, at JFK Haven Hospice.  Born in Ludwigsburg, Germany, in 1949, he migrated to the United States with his family as an infant and settled in Perth Amboy.  He attended St. Stephen's elementary school and was a graduate of Perth Amboy VoTech.

Bruno was an automobile enthusiast.  He owned and operated Old Bridge Auto Body for many years.  He ultimately sold his shop and opened a second company, Center City Budget in So. Amboy, NJ, which he held until his retirement.

He was predeceased by his parents, Stanislaw and Anna Janus.  Bruno leaves behind his three best friends: James Jablonski, Tommy Buda, and Rich Glynn.

Private cremation services were entrusted to Flynn and Son Funeral Home.
