Blondein S. Porambo's Obituary
Blondein S. Porambo, 88, of Summit Hill PA, passed peacefully on Monday, November 5, 2012 at the Barbara Cheung Memorial Hospice unit at the Roosevelt Care Center in Edison.
She was born in Summit Hill, PA , was formerly of Bound Brook, NJ for 30 years before moving back to Summit Hill, PA, and has resided in Edison the last 5 years.
She retired from J&J Critikon in Raritan.
Mrs. Porambo is predeceased by her husband John Porambo who died in 1997.
She leaves behind her daughter, Blanche Porter, and her husband, Jim of Edison, her son, Joseph Porambo and his wife, Joyce, of East Brunswick, her 3 grandchildren, Jaimie Golden and her husband Bill, of North Brunswick, Angela Marra and her husband, Louis of Howell, and John Porambo of Piscataway, her 4 great grandchildren, Samantha, Donovan, Marleigh, and Gwendolyn, her 2 sisters Eleanor Mizak of Allentown PA and Lucille Bulanda.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday December 1, 2012 at St. Joseph's RC Church in Summit Hill, PA.
Cremation was held privately under the direction of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
