Obituary

Beatrice "Bea" Parker, 54, of Fords, passed away on July 18, 2013, after a long battle with cancer. Formerly of Perth Amboy, Bea graduated from Perth Amboy High School in 1977 where she was Captain of the Color Guard and a member of the National Honor Society. Bea most recently worked in an administrative role for Insurance Auto Auctions in Avenel and was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Perth Amboy.
Bea is predeceased by her parents, Bill in 2012 and Adeline in 2009, as well as her brother, Thomas in 2011.
Surviving are her children: Robert Marzella of South Amboy and Kathleen Marzella of Dunellen and her grandchildren, Christopher and Carly Marzella.
Surviving siblings include: Bill and his wife Pat of Manchester; Harold and his wife Lynn of Fords; George of Perth Amboy; Wayne and his wife Cherie of Brick; Meg Mondo and her husband Rocky of Woodbridge; Dee Parker of Hopelawn; and Dawn Bombardier and her husband John of Woodbridge. Also surviving Bea is her special companion, Tom Stevely, of Fords and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Monday, July 22, 2013, 2-4 & 7-9 PM, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Perth Amboy. A Service of Requiem will be Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment will follow in St. Peter's church yard.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 183 Rector St., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords.
