Barbara E. Plant, 78, of Fords died Septemer 3, 2010, at her daughter's home.
Born June 9, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York, she resided in Fords for the last 20 years. Prior to her move to Fords, Mrs. Plant resided in Sewaren. She was a homemaker.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Richard, in 1984. Surviving family members include her two sons: Donald L. Plant of Fords and Brian R. Plant of Fords; daughter, Dorothy M. Murphy of Avenel; two grandsons, Ryan and Chad; and three great-grandchildren: Jarryd, Jordyn, and Giuliana Rose.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010, at 1:00 PM from FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ. Visitation will be on Saturday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.
