Barbara J. Felcetto, 79, of Edison, passed away on November 12, 2025, at J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Born in Jersey City to Louis and Helen (Ferencsak) Ping on January 31, 1946, she resided in Woodbridge before moving to Edison 53 years ago. While in Edison, Barbara became an active member of the community. She was employed by Roosevelt Hospital where she worked as a Lab Tech for over 25 years and in later years enjoyed working with Best Cruises of Edison. She was a member of the Edison Senior Citizens and the Clara Barton First Aid Squad Auxiliary. Barbara loved spending time at her second home in Pennsylvania, travelling, skiing, and taking vacations and cruises. She had a passion for arts and crafts that included ceramics and tole painting.
Barbara was predeceased by her sister, Lois Zilai.
Left behind to cherish a lifetime of memories are her beloved husband of 57 years, Thomas J. Felcetto; her sons, Michael Felcetto and his wife, Cara, and Christopher Felcetto and his wife, Michelle; her beloved grandchildren: Nicholas, EmmaRose, Madison, Jacki, and Gary; her sister, Patricia Lovas-Bandics, and Christopher Bandics.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords. Entombment will follow in St. Gertrude Mausoleum, Colonia.
