Barbara Check's Obituary
Barbara A. Check, 76, of Fords, passed away at JFK Medical Center on June 28, 2016. She was born in Brooklyn on June 22, 1940. Barbara had resided in Fords for the last 20 years. She was a homemaker. Barbara graduated from the Middlesex County Vocational School. She enjoyed crafts and attending craft shows.
Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Sophie Kunch, and a brother, Richard Kunch.
She is survived by two sons, Albert J. Check III, of South Amboy and William J. Check, of Wyncot, PA.: sister, Patricia Thiele, of Piscataway, and her life partner, Richard Chungo, of Fords.
Visitation will be Saturday 10-11 am at the Assembly of God Church, 130 Whitman Ave., Metuchen, NJ 08840. Funeral services will follow 11-12 Noon at the church. Cremation is private.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ.
