Antonetta Cappella, 99, of Edison, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center on April 26, 2021.  She was predeceased by her husband Alberto Cappella in December of 1997.

Antonetta was born in Pignataro, Italy on September 15, 1921 and she resided in Edison since 1952.

Antonetta is survived by her two loving children, Louis Cappella and wife, Diane and Mary Ann Katchisin. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Christine McDowell, and her husband, Larry, Robert Cappella, Louis Cappella and his wife, Jessica, Thomas Katchisin Jr., Amanda Papa and her husband, Christopher, John Katchisin and his wife, Vyolet as well as her great grandchildren, Evan McDowell, Jessica McDowell, Vincent Papa, Giovanni Cappella, Allessandro Cappella, Robbie Cappella, MyKayla Cappella, Mya Cappella; Baby Katch and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Antonetta will be held from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Thursday, April 29 ^th 2021 at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords NJ 08863.  Funeral Services will commence at Flynn and Son Funeral Home on Friday April 30, 2021, at 10:00am followed by Funeral Liturgy in Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords, at 10:30 am.  Entombment will take place after at Woodbridge Memorial Garden in Woodbridge, NJ.
