Anthony A. Ziemba Jr. 65, of Edison entered into eternal rest July 19, 2018, at his home.  He was born in Perth Amboy on May 10, 1953 to the late Anthony A., Sr. and Rosalind (nee Renner) Ziemba.  Anthony was raised in Fords and attended Our Lady of Peace Grammar School and was a lifelong parishioner.  He had resided in Edison since 1977.  Anthony loved boating, fishing and the New York Yankees as well as backyard BBQs with neighbors, friends and family.

Interested in Electronics from a young age, Tony graduated from Perth Amboy Vocational School in 1971 and used his skills in becoming a Biomedical Technician at serveral hospitals in the New Brunswick area for over 35 years.

Tony married the love of his life, Janet L. (nee Bethea) in 1977, and they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Jennifer Lyn, who sadly passed away in 1980. They enjoyed 31 years of marriage before Janet passed away on March 30, 2008.  He is survived by his aunts, Doris A. Thomas and Janet Ziemba; many nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords.  Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace.  Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen.
