Anthony "Tony" Mark Arocho, Sr., 62, of Hopelawn, passed away on July 18, 2021, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.  Born in Perth Amboy, he was raised in Port Reading and moved back to Perth Amboy during his early childhood years.  His family eventually settled in Hopelawn where he remained until his passing.  Anthony attended Woodbridge Township schools.  He joined the U.S. Navy where he served as a Seal and was Honorably discharged.  At the end of his enlistment, Anthony joined the Army National Guard of New Jersey where he remained active for 15 years.  Anthony was a volunteer fireman with the Hopelawn Fire Department.  He enjoyed shooting pool at the Lemon Tree and Sandcastle Billiards, playing chess and bow and rifle hunting.

Anthony is predeceased by his father, Erasmo Arocho.

Anthony is survived by his mother, Aura Arocho, his wife, Lisa Jean Arocho; his children: Andrea B. Arocho of Hopelawn, Anthony Mark Arocho, Jr. of Perth Amboy and Danielle P. Arocho of New York; his grandson, Anthony Arocho, III; his ex-wife, Marilyn Arocho; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 10:00 AM to Noon with a prayer service at 11:45 AM at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863.  Interment will follow in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle NJ Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown at 1:30 PM.
