Obituary

Anthony "Tony" Rosmos, 83, a resident of the Menlo Park Veterans Memorial Home, Edison, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at the John F Kennedy Medical Center in Edison.

He was born in the Keasbey section of Woodbridge Twp and had resided in Manchester before moving to the Veterans Home in 2022.

Tony graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1959, was a US Army Veteran and worked in a Variety of jobs including the Davel Handbag Company and the Easter Seals of NJ. He was a parishioner of St. Michael's Byzantine Rite Catholic Church in Perth Amboy, NJ.

Tony lived a simple life, but one that brought joy to those who knew him. In his younger years, he loved to walk all over Woodbridge Twp. and Perth Amboy. A baseball fan of the highest order, he could quote player and team statistics from years gone by with ease. He had a remarkable brain that stored away dates, facts, figures, and trivia that he could easily summon up to astonish those he was conversing with.

He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Julia Fisco Rosmos. He is survived by his sister Julia Estok of Manchester, his niece Rebecca Estok of Columbus , Ohio, and numerous Fisco & Rosmos cousins.

A memorial visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 1 pm until 2 pm with a service at 2 pm at the Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
