Anne Helen Urbanski (nee Kirila) passed away on May 9, 2017, at the Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.  Born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, she resided in Perth Amboy and most recently in Barnegat.  She was a graduate of St. Mary High School, Class of 1955.  Anne retired from the City of Perth Amboy in the year 2000 where she worked as a Secretary for Perth Amboy's Public Works.  Anne also worked in the City of Perth Amboy at the Children's Library and at Perth Amboy High School as a Librarian's Assistant.  Anne was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church and belonged to the Holy Trinity School PTA.  She enjoyed bowling, loved all sports and was a member of the Seton Hall Baseball Diamond Club.

Anne was predeceased by her parents, John and Elizabeth (Suhaj) Kirila; her father-in-law, William Urbanski, a former Boston Braves Shortstop; her mother-in-law, Mary Urbanski; her brother, Joey Kirila; her sister-in-law, Marie Van Brummelen; and her son-in-law, Scott Sandor.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, Bill Urbanski, Pittsburgh Pirates Organization former second baseman; her children: Billy and his wife, Denise, Linda, Cindy and Patty; her grandchildren: Alexis, Will, Brianna and Lauren; and many nieces.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863.  Funeral service will be on Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:30 Funeral Liturgy at Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish, Holy Trinity Church, Perth Amboy.   Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
