Anne Commins, 88, of Edison, entered into eternal rest December 15, 2017, at her home.  She was born in County Fligo, Ireland, and was formerly of Brooklyn, before moving to Edison 18 years ago.

Anne was the Operations Manager at HSBC Bank in Manhattan for 32 years before retiring in 1995. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Fords.

Anne was predeceased by her husband, Peter, in 1996.

She is survived by her daughters, Theresa Gosse and her husband, Kevin, of Jackson; Mary Sutherland and her husband, Robert, of Edison; and Kathleen Fijol and her husband, Thomas, of Fords; and eight grandchildren: Brian, Kristin and her husband Scott, Melissa, Robert, Daniel, Kelsey, John, and Ryan.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace.  Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.  Visitation is Tuesday 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm.
