Annabelle M. Rittweger, 90, of Edison, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Bayshore Health Care in Holmdel.

Born in Irvington, she has resided in Edison the last 63 years.
She was a communicant of St Cecelia's Church in Iselin and served as a Poll Clerk in Edison for the Middlesex County Board of Elections for many years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edward S. Rittweger who died in 1999 and her son in law, Ralph Battligia who died earlier this year.
Annabelle leaves behind her daughter, Janet Battaglia of Spring Hill, FL, five sons, Edward S. Jr. and his wife, Patricia of Long Branch, Richard A. of Spring Hill, Fl, William J. and his wife, Lisa of Howell, Thomas M. of Toms River, and Peter J. and his wife, Jerri of Brick, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and her brother, Edwin Loder, Jr. and his wife, Charlotte of Boca Raton, FL.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the Flynn and son/ Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave. Metuchen, NJ 08840,
Followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10 a.m. at St. Cecelia's R.C. Church, Iselin and interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery Colonia. Visitation will be on Monday, June 3, 2013 from 4-8 p.m.
