Anna Elizabeth Quilla, (Née: Blank), 86, of Fords, was born on September 17, 1936, in Union City, New Jersey to William Blank and Cecelia Mae Griffin. Her passing on March 10, 2023, was a peaceful one with family at her side. She was raised in Union City, New Jersey before becoming a resident of Fords, New Jersey for 50 years. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Fords.

Anna loved to garden and tend to her plants, an interest she shared with her family. She enjoyed bowling for fun and tournaments. You could always catch her dancing with her husband like no one was watching. But most of all, her best time was spent with her grandchildren alongside her husband.
She is pre-deceased by her loving husband, Peter G Quilla Sr. of 56 years who passed in 2011, and by her siblings, Lillian, Mary, Charles, Dorothy, Dudley, William, and Roberta.
Anna will be celebrated and cherished by her loving children, Peter and Barbara Quilla of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Thomas and Fredrica Quilla of Wilmington, New York, Theresa, and John Saraniero of Long Pond, Pennsylvania and Charles Quilla of Fords, New Jersey.

Her heart melted for her grandchildren, Jason and Melinda Teague, Christopher and Shauna Teague, Lauren and Zoltan Bodi, Nicholas and Erika Quilla, Angela and Matthew Berteleson, Joellen Quilla, Kimberly Quilla, Anthony Saraniero, and William Quilla. Along with great-grandchildren Christopher Bodi, Sarah Bodi, Mckenzie Teague, and Jayden Teague.

Also surviving and remembering her love are numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 16 ^th, and Friday, March 17 ^th , 2023 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Flynn& Son Funeral Home in Fords, NJ.

Funeral Service will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 18 ^th , 2023 at Flynn & Son Funeral Home in Fords, NJ. Followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Fords, NJ.

During these days of remembrance, the family asks to not mourn her loss but celebrate her life by wearing bright attire for her journey into eternal happiness.
