Ann Solovay (nee: Stychek), 94, of Old Bridge, passed away on September 5, 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. She was born in Staten Island, NY and resided in Keasbey for 50 years before moving to Old Bridge.
Ann was a Nurse's Aide at Perth Amboy General Hospital retiring in 1978.
She was a member of the Fords/ Keasbey Senior Citizens and the Old Bridge Senior Citizens.
Ann was predeceased by her husband George in 1999. Surviving are her children, George and his wife Dorothy M., Edward and his wife Maryann, Richard and his wife Patricia, and Carol Dooley. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10 AM, Wednesday September 10, 2014 at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave, Fords followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Interment will follow at St. Spiridon Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Hopelawn. Viewing will be Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
