Anita Koleno, 81, of Hopelawn, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital on September 28, 2017. She was born on October 23, 1935, in Port Trevorton, PA. She was a graduate of Mechanicsburg High School. Anita was employed as a Waitress by Howard Johnson, a School Aide by Hopelawn Elementary School and as a Cashier by Korvettes, Two Guys, Caldors and Bradlees. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking, reading, latch hooking and crocheting.

Anita is survived by a son, Keith Koleno, of Princeton; two daughters, Karen Koleno of Hopelawn and Paula Blaze and her husband, Stephen, of Branchburg; two grandchildren, Christine and Lauren; two brothers, Ronald and Larry Kerstetter; and a sister, Virginia Vogelsong.

Visitation will be at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863 on Saturday, October 7, 2017, 10 am to 12 noon. Services will be at 12 noon in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
